Working with a mindset of gratitude might not change your world to live in a million dollar home or even to have a million dollars in the bank but it is amazing what it can do for your everyday life.
Just to take a step back every day and pause and check in a be grateful you can really evaluate all the things that you do have rather than focusing on what you don't. I challenge everyone to take a practice for 21 days and just see how your mindset changes.
Maybe do this via a journal every day or maybe just stopping for five minute everyday and looking around you and taking stock of all the positives in your life. It may be the most simple thing, like a friends call that day that made you smile to something much more.
