Calm Mind & Body
Leading a busy lifestyle and trying to find time to stop and calm the mind and body can be difficult but we offer online guided meditation classes where you can take time out of your busy week to just stop for no more than a half hour each week.
These guided meditations take you to places that you already know or maybe somewhere of pure imagination and just let you stop and pause.
For people who do not have a regular practice of meditation this is a great way to step into it. You don't require any equipment other than a smart phone or a laptop to log onto to the online class and a comfortable quiet area in which to practice for 10 to 30 minutes.
You can light your favourite scented candle grab a blanket and pillow and get really comfortable with this practice as you are only asked to listen and let your mind wander with the sound of the voice guided it.
Meditation as such wonderful benefits some of which are calm and relaxed mind and body. More creative thinking as you have more space when the practice is complete. Lowers blood pressure and much more.
